The one job I needed
I have succeeded
In procuring
Alluring, stirring
Feelings of life
Fighting the strife
I am an author
A writer by any other
I will write until I perish
If only one person will cherish
My works, my worth
For better or worse
In change that I instigate
Infiltrate, inflate, initiate
Even if I’m not a “Best Seller”
I’m still sold on being a story teller
